What can you do for your home？
通过归纳法，引导学生进一步掌握表示提出请求与请求许可方面的句型；
掌握情态动词can和could的用法；
引导与培养学生如何有礼貌地提出请求与得到相应的答复。

否定回答 Sorry, you can’t. 对不起，你不可以。
Sorry, I’m afraid you can’t. 对不起，恐怕不行。

允许
（1）表示提出请求或请求许可时，could 和can都可以用，但could语气更委婉。
Could/Can I come in 我可以进来吗
（2）在回答用could 提出的请求时，通常不用 could而用 can。
—Could I use your pen 我可以用你的钢笔吗？
—Of course you can. 当然可以。
此处不能用could
(3)用于表示能力: can could
表示现在的能力用can，表示过去的能力用could。can/could+v.原型; can/could无人称和数的变化
