Do you know what a resolution is A resolution is a promise that you make to yourself. People make resolutions to improve their life. The most common kind is a New Year's resolution. After all, the start of the year is often a perfect time for making resolutions.

For example, a student may decide to start a new study plan.

它与can有些相似,但can只有现在式和过去式(could),而be able to有更多的时态变化,能更准确地表达不同时间的能力状态。
(2)stick to意为“坚持”,后面常接名词、代词或动名词。表示坚持某种想法、计划、原则等,不轻易改变。
