We learn to cook for several important reasons:

One whole fish (about 500g).
2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Cooking steps:
1.First, clean the fish thoroughly and make several cuts on its body. Then, rub some salt on the fish and stuff (塞)ginger slices inside its belly(肚子).
2.Next, put the fish in a steamer(蒸锅) and steam it over high heat for about 10 minutes.
3.Then, take the fish out, pour out the water inside the fish, remove the ginger slices, and place green onion slices on top.
4.Finally, heat some sesame oil until it smokes slightly, pour it over the green onion, and then add soy sauce. Now the steamed fish is ready to serve.
