Tea eggs are one of the traditional Chinese foods. These eggs have a slight flavour(淡淡的味道) of star anise(八角)and a brown colour from black tea. Here is the recipe for tea eggs:
*3 cups of water *2 tablespoons of black tea leaves *8 eggs
*2 tablespoons of soy sauce(酱油) *1 cinnamon stick
*2 pieces of star anise *some salt
Step 1 Mix 3 cups of water, tea leaves, soy sauce, cinnamon stick,star anise and one tablespoon of salt in a large cooking pot. Then, make the soup boil. Next, turn down the fire and cover the pot. After that,cook slowly for another hour.
Step 2 Put eggs and a quarter tablespoon of salt into a pot and add some cold water. Then, boil the water. Next, turn down the fire and let it cook for 20 minutes. Later, take the pot away from the fire and let it cool. After that, tap(轻敲) the eggs with the back of the spoon so that they crack, but don't take off the shells(壳).
Step 3 Put the eggs in the tea soup. Wait for at least 8 hours.
Tips: *Put the eggs in the soup for one and a half days. They'll taste better.
*You can keep the tea eggs for 4 or 5 days in the fridge.

Billy always loved blueberries. Today he was going to make juice with his uncle. His uncle liked to make juice out of everything. He made carrot juice, apple juice, vegetable juice, and many more kinds of juice. He'd never made blueberry juice before.
