Lack of creative outlets: Students without creative outlets may use walls.
We noticed broken chairs in the classroom.
Some students stand on top of them carelessly.
A big problem we see is lost library books.
This happens when students don’t use bookmarks properly.

List Problems & Reasons
“We noticed... (problem) because... (reason)” → “We noticed messy desks because some forget cleanup rules.” “Another issue is... It happens when...” → “Another issue is late homework. It happens when students game too much.”
Write down some plans to solve the problems.
Here is a model of a SMART plan.
“To solve... we will... (action) by... (time/people).”
→ “To solve noise, we will make...weekly.”
“We need... (resource) to help us...”
→ “We need posters to remind recycling rules.”

Problem 1: Scribbles on school walls
Reason: Lack of creative outlets → Students use walls as canvases.
Solution:
To solve wall scribbles, we will create a “Graffiti Art Board” in the hallway by next month (Art Club).
We need colorful markers and teacher approval to
make this work.
Problem 2: Broken chairs in the classroom
Reason: Some students stand on chairs carelessly.
Solution:
To prevent broken chairs, we will assign ‘Furniture Monitors’ to check desks weekly (Class Committee).
We need warning stickers (‘No Standing!’) and a repair request system.
Problem 3: Lost Library Books
Reason: Students don't use bookmarks properly.
Solution:
To reduce lost books, we will make free bookmarks with due-date reminders (Library Team).
We need recycled paper and a bookmark design contest to encourage use.
Prepare a presentation to share your plans with the whole class.
Make our school better together!
