1.Read the passage and answer the questions.
It′s often said that it is the volunteers who “make the Games”. The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics would not have been possible without volunteers. All 18,000 of them helped make the Winter Games a big success.

While most people focus on the athletes，medal count，and sports， they often overlook one key role that makes big events like the Olympics run smoothly：volunteers.
