Artificial intelligence or AI, is defined as " the capability of a machine to imitate intelligent human behavior". It is around us every day. AI is set to benefit mankind in many ways. Imagine being able to hop in a car, tell it your destination, and sit back in comfort as the AI-guided self-driving car takes you there. Imagine having an AI tutor that could help you with your schoolwork. It will make everyday tasks easier and bring efficiently to various industries. AI might just prove to be one of man's greatest inventions.
______________________In February 2018, a group of AI experts got together to discuss the possible misuse of AI. What they found was that "Every AI advance by the good guys is an advance for the bad guys, too," according to Quartz.
Their biggest concern was that criminals could use AI for wrong purposes. One of the areas they looked at was the use of AI to create websites that could be used to steal people's personal information. Another possibility is that AI programs could be taught to hack software and break into computer secure systems.
There are some other concerns as well. It is possible that AI could be used to create fake imagines and videos. Chinese tech giant Baidu, in fact, has developed a program called Deep Voice that can "clone" anyone's voice by studying a 3.7-second audio sample.
Many leading figures in the tech world have expressed concern about AI. People like Bill Gates and Elon Musk have called for the industry to be more strictly regulated, as there are few laws right now on the use of AI.
However, this is set to change. In March 2018, the European Union plans to set up a group that will discuss the moral and ethical dangers of advanced AI- and hopefully, suggest some regulations that will help us keep it safe for mankind.
(1) Why do some experts have concerns about AI
A . Because it makes people lazier
B . Because some people may use it to do wrong things

A . Convenience is the main advantage of AI.
B . The technology of AI is increasing.
C . However, AI Will replace humans one day.
D . And yet, like any other technology, AI will also bring risks.
(3) Deep Voice is mentioned to show _________.
A . How AI is developed
B . What AI can do in the future
C . Why Baidu is a tech giant
D . How AI can copy voices
(4) What can we infer from the story
A . There may be new laws to regulate the use of AI.
B . AI will bring more harm than benefit to mankind.
C . Many AI programmers will become criminals.
D . There will only be fake news and video online.

Do you wear sunglasses when you go outside Many sports players like wearing sunglasses for outdoor exercise. In fact, these sunglasses are really smart(智能的). They do much more than keep out the sunlight. They show information on their glasses. For example, sports players wearing small glasses can watch a map while they are running. This way, they won't be lost. They can also see how fast they are running on the glasses.
There are also different kinds of sports clothing that use technology. For example, smart sports trousers have sensors(传感器). They tell you when your action isn't quite right. Many players wear special sleeping clothes and they help them sleep better. When the people who wear them wake up, they feel really relaxed.
Another cool example is the smart running shoes. These shoes have small smart pieces and sensors in them. When you are running, the sensors can find out if your running way is right or not. And it can give you advice right away through an app on your phone. Also, it can keep a record of how far you run, how fast you run and how many calories(卡路里) you burn each time you run.
