neither... nor... 既不······也不······

refuse [动词] 拒绝；回绝
refuse 的反义词为 accept，意为“接受”。
常见搭配： refuse sb./sth. 意为“拒绝某人/某事”；
refuse to do sth. 意为“拒绝做某事”。
People who refuse to consider others have few friends.
拒绝为他人着想的人几乎没有朋友。
I politely refused their invitation.
我礼貌地回绝了他们的邀请。
4. In environmental clubs，students check washrooms for leaky toilets or sinks and remind their school to fix them. 在环保俱乐部中，学生会检查洗手间是否有漏水的马桶或水槽，并提醒学校修理它们。
fix [动词] 修理
fix 为及物动词，其后可接名词或代词作宾语。
