On May 12th, 2008, a terrible earthquake struck Wenchuan, Sichuan Province. Many houses turned to ruins, and countless people lost their lives. After the earthquake, help and hope came from all over China. Soldiers, doctors and volunteers rushed to Wenchuan. With this powerful support, the people in Wenchuan did not give up. They worked tirelessly. Years later, they built new houses, new schools and new roads. Their home is now beautiful and full of life again.
