Last winter holiday, I visited Beijing with my classmates. It was in January, a bit cold but full of fun.
We stayed in a hotel near the Forbidden City. First, we went to the Great Wall. It was huge and old. We walked on the grey bricks and felt the history. Then, we visited the Forbidden City. The red walls and golden roofs were really grand. In the evening, we tried Beijing Roast Duck. It was delicious!
I felt amazed during this holiday. I learned so much about Chinese history and culture.
