People have been working on predicting(预测) the weather for long because it makes a difference to our lives.
There are records of weather forecast in old times. In 650 BC, the Babylonians(巴比伦人)tried to predict the weather with the clouds. Around 340 BC, Aristotle, a famous Greek thinker and scientist, wrote Meteorologica about kinds of weather,
