The husband studied on an island far from his home. When his wife went a long way to send meals, the food always got cold. One day, the wife boiled some chicken soup and used a large pot to keep it warm. And she kept the ingredients separate. Hi! My favourite dish is stir-fried eggs and tomatoes.
because it reminds me of my mom's love and is really easy to make.
Here's how to make it.First, wash two tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
Then, break three eggs into a bowl, stir(搅拌) them and add a little salt.
Next, heat some oil in a pan. Pour the eggs into the pan and fry until they are lightly browned. Take the eggs out.
After that, put the tomato pieces into the same pan. Fry them until they become soft.
Finally, add the fried eggs back to the pan. Mix them well and cook for another minute. Add a little sugar and salt.
It's simple but really delicious!

The Fish That Wasn’t Eaten
Mom always said, "I don’t like fish. It’s too bony."
But every time we ate fish, she’d pick the thickest pieces for me and my brother, while she pushed her plate away. "You kids eat it. I’ll just have some rice."
One evening, I pretended to finish my meal early and went to my room. When I peeked back, I saw Mom quietly picking at the fish bones I’d left behind. She didn’t notice me watching.
That’s when I understood—
She didn’t dislike fish. She just loved us more.
Now, I always leave a little extra fish on my plate. Mom scolds me, "Don’t waste food!" But I know she’ll eat it—just like she always has.
Will you learn to cook his/her favourite dish for him/her
