Should we always speak up when we see someone breaking public rules Why or why not
It depends on the situation. We should speak up to maintain a good public environment, but we need to be smart and safe.
reasons for speaking up
It helps to keep public places peaceful and comfortable for everyone.
If no one speaks up, people who break the rules will think it’s okay to do so.
It shows respect for the rules and for other people.
reasons for being cautious
Sometimes, the person might get angry or even become aggressive. Our safety is the most important.
If we are alone and the other person looks very unfriendly,it might be better to find a person in charge(like a security guard) instead of speaking directly.
