My Favorite Dish: Hot Pot
Hi! Hot pot is my favorite food because it's fun and delicious! Long ago, people in
China cooked meat and vegetables in a boiling pot of soup. I still remember eating it with my
grandparents on cold winter nights.
Here's how to make hot pot:
First, prepare fresh ingredients like thin beef pieces, mushrooms, tofu, and leafy greens.
Next, boil spicy or clear soup in a special pot.
Then, cook the ingredients in the boiling soup—just dip them for 1-2 minutes!
Finally, enjoy with tasty sauces（蘸料）.
I love hot pot because it warms my body, brings family together, and everyone can
choose their favorite foods. It’s more than a meal—it's happiness in a pot!
