I’ve learnt that using digital devices wisely is really important. First, we should use them in a balanced way and not be glued to them for too long, just like Timmy’s mum reminding him about his phone use. Also, we can make good use of devices for useful things like reading and learning, but we need to avoid spending too much time on chatting or playing games. And sometimes, taking a break from devices, maybe by doing activities in the real world, can be beneficial too.
