The student is probably making a weekly plan.
I usually make a plan at the start of a new week, a new month , a new term, a new year or before beginning an important task.
In this unit, you will

弱读(Weak Form)
在英语语流中,说话者一般会遵循省力原则,弱读不太重要的功能词,给听者的印象是某些词一带而过,甚至含混不清。实际上,这种听觉上的模糊读音有规律可循。了解弱读的一些基本规律,一方面有助于我们准确理解语流中的弱读音,另一方面在自己表达时也能尽量做到强弱得当。

提高语速和流畅度:在日常交流中,人们需要快速表达观点,弱读能减少发音的复杂性,使话语更流畅;
突出关键信息:通过弱化虚词的发音,将说话者的重音自然地放在名词、动词、形容词等实词上,让听话者更容易捕捉到核心内容。
位置和语境:在句首或单独出现时,虚词更可能采用强读形式。
