How to Make Stir-Fried Eggs and Tomatoes
One of my favorite dishes is stir-fried eggs and tomatoes. Let me share the recipe with you.
First, cut the tomatoes into small pieces and mix the eggs in a bowl. Next, heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the eggs for one minute. Then, cook the tomatoes in the pan until they're soft. After that, add a little salt and sugar. Finally, put the eggs back into the pan and mix them with the tomatoes.
This dish is not only delicious but also reminds me of my sweet memory. When I taste it, it can always bring me happiness.

In most countries, people usually eat trational food on special holidays. A special day in North America is Thanksgiving. In the Untied States,this festival is always on the fourth Thursday in Novermber,but in Canada it falls on the second Monday in October.Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks for food in the autumn and other good things people enjoy in life. Families see Thanksgiving as a time to get together and usually celebrate it with a big family meal. The main dish of this meal is almost always turkey, a large bird. To go with the turkey, people often prepare other things, such as gravy,cornbread,mashed potatoes,and pumpkin or apple pie.
Yunnan Rice Noodles
In Yunnan, many people eat rice noodles for breakfast, and even for lunch and dinner. To make this special food, you need to have rice noodles, chicken soup, chicken, lettuce and eggs. ( Of course, you can also have other things like fish and different vegetables.) First,wash the lettuce and cut it up.Next, cut the chicken into pieces. Then, make the chicken soup very hot, over 100℃. Then, cook the eggs, meat and lettuce in the pot of hot soup, one by one. Finally, put the rice noodles into the soup. Now, it’s time to enjoy the rice noodles!
