Weak Forms 弱读
定义:句子中不重读的虚词(如助动词、介词、不定式符号等)发音弱化,元音变轻、变短。
常弱读的词:
助动词:do /du / → /d /(如 “What do you like ” 中 “do” 弱读);
不定式 “to”:/tu / → /t /(如 “want to go” 中 “to” 弱读);
系动词:be /bi / → /b /(如 “He wants to be a teacher” 中 “be” 弱读);
介词:of / v/ → / v/(如 “a cup of tea” 中 “of” 弱读)。
特点:
元音多弱化为 / /(schwa 音,如 “to” 弱读 /t /);
发音轻、快,不刻意强调,让句子更流畅。
注意:日常对话、连贯表达中,虚词不重读时自然弱读;重读时(如强调)用原音(如 “I do like it” 中 “do” 重读 /du /)。
