grow up意为“成长,长大”,grow的过去式是grew。
want to be“想要成为……” ,其后接职业名称。
when此处用作连词,意为“当……时”,用来引导时间状语从句。在when引导的时间状语从句中,主语是一般将来时,从句要用一般现在时表示将来。

be going to用于疑问句中将be放在主语前。
be going to表示将要发生的动作,含有“计划, 打算”的意思, 后跟动词原形。常跟表将来的时态连用。
exercise 作动词(v.)侧重 “进行身体锻炼”。
【拓展】作名词(n.)
(1) 可数名词:具体的 “运动、练习”(如体操、习题)。
例如:Do the grammar exercises on page 20. 做第 20 页的语法练习。
(2) 不可数名词:泛指 “锻炼;运动”。
