when此处用作连词，意为“当……时”，用来引导时间状语从句。在when引导的时间状语从句中，主语是一般将来时，从句要用一般现在时表示将来。

be going to用于疑问句中将be放在主语前。
be going to表示将要发生的动作,含有“计划, 打算”的意思, 后跟动词原形。常跟表将来的时态连用。
exercise 作动词（v.）侧重 “进行身体锻炼”。
【拓展】作名词（n.）
(1) 可数名词：具体的 “运动、练习”（如体操、习题）。
例如：Do the grammar exercises on page 20. 做第 20 页的语法练习。
(2) 不可数名词：泛指 “锻炼；运动”。
例如：Regular exercise is good for your heart. 定期锻炼对心脏有好处。
