一般疑问句可以由be动词，助动词和情态动词引导，一般疑问句回答时要用yes或者no来回答，用来确认信息是否准确。
特殊疑问句是由特殊疑问词引导构成的问句，回答时应根据情况给出具体的回答内容。常见的用来引导特殊疑问句的特殊疑问词有when, where, who, what, how，所以特殊疑问句一般也叫做wh-疑问句。

这是一个由be构成的一般疑问句，要根据实际情况给出肯定回答Yes, he is或者否定回答No, he isn’t。一般疑问句也可以用助动词和情态动词构成。

这是一个特殊疑问句，其中特殊疑问词是what，用来提问非人的事物。回答一般疑问句时通常根据实际情况进行具体的阐述。一般疑问句是特殊疑问句的基础形式，要把一个陈述句改为特殊疑问句要先把这个句子改为一般疑问句，再改为特殊疑问句。

区分一般疑问句和特殊疑问句
一般疑问句：能用Yes/No来回答的问句叫做一般疑问句。
可分为三种类型：含be型，含情态动词型和含助动词型，将陈述句改为一般疑问句只需将be动词/助动词/情态动词提前。
eg. He is Jack. Is he Jack
特殊疑问句：带有特殊疑问词的叫做特殊疑问句，特殊疑问句不能用Yes/No回答，要更为具体。特殊疑问句因为所含特殊疑问词的不同也有几种类型：What/Who/Where/When/Why/How等，所以特殊疑问句一般也叫做Wh-疑问句
