学情分析:
学生在本单元 reading 板块中已经接触了与太空探索主题相关的词汇和背景知识,为本节
课提供了良好的语境支持。在之前学生已经系统学习过宾语从句,对复合句的基本结构
有清晰的概念,这为学习主语从句打下了基础。高二学生具备一定的逻辑分析和归纳能
力,但对 that, what, whether 等连接词的选择可能会出现混淆。而且要将语法知识准确、
流利地应用于实际表达仍是主要挑战。
教学过程
Step 1 Lead-in
T asks Ss to listen to a song to find the object clauses firstly and then another complex
sentence in order to introduce the definition of subject clauses.

设计意图:通过听英文歌曲以一种轻松的氛围导入课堂,让学生边听边找出歌词中他
们比较熟悉的宾语从句以及另一复杂句。通过引导学生对复杂句的句子成分分析,引出主语
从句概念。然后再通过对歌词中两句含有宾语从句的句子进行同义替换,从而让学生进一步
了解主语从句的概念(创新设计)】
Step 2 Exploring the rules
T simply introduces the use of telescopes from ancient times to modern times through a
compound AI picture, and then ask students to go through a newspaper article(Part A on page
20) to pick out the sentences with subject clauses with the help of a simulated broadcast video.

设计意图:通过发现课文中的主语从句,让学生获得对主语从句的基本认识。这篇文
章为一篇新闻稿,教学时通过图片自然导入文章话题,采用教师本人形象生成数字人模拟新
闻主播播报新闻的情景(创新设计),极大的提高了学生的兴趣和注意力。】
Step 3 Working out the rules
1. T asks Ss to check these subject causes in the text and work out the basic rules of
subject clauses.
We can use (1)________ to introduce a subject clause when the clause is a statement. We
can use (2)________ to introduce a subject clause when the clause is a yes-no question. We can
use a question word to introduce a subject clause when the clause is a wh-question.

成 5 个句子的改错,了解了主语从句中易混淆连接词 that 和 what 的用法,时态一致以及主谓
一致的规则。第 2 步是有关主语从句在单句中的运用,重点针对第一步的易错点做一些巩固

The Wonders of Space Exploration
Space exploration continues to reveal the secrets of the universe. What the Chinese Chang'e
program has achieved is a source of national pride. With the Chang'e-4 landing, that a
spacecraft successfully touched down on the far side of the Moon was a historic first for
humanity.
Meanwhile, gazing into the deep cosmos, what the James Webb Space Telescope detects can
change our textbooks. Its stunning images show us that how stars and planets form is more
complex than we ever imagined. Therefore, whether we can find signs of life on other planets
remains one of the biggest questions for scientists at NASA and around the world.
There is no doubt that both lunar and orbital missions are crucial. They prove that what we
