Xinyan is a lawyer and Tom is a university teacher. They will share their thoughts about this topic.

Tom: In my opinion, of course, we should not break rules. But in some very special situations, breaking rules can save lives. Just like this taxi driver.
Xinyan: I don’t think so. People should not break rules. We have rules for a reason. Take this taxi driver for example. He could cause an accident. Instead of saving a life, he might kill someone.
