Leo 给朋友写邮件介绍自己的健康状况以及希望朋友能给他回信
提供些建议。基于此语料，学生应该树立养成良好生活习惯和运
动的意识，在遇到问题时能积极寻求他人帮助。最后能够根据视
频和阅读文本的语言输入，了解并熟练运用如何用英语给他人提
出建议，形成有效的输出。
教学内容
What: 本课时内容包括 1. A 部分的视频（音频）对话，Leo 向陈
医生描述他的健康问题，向医生寻求帮助。学生需要根据视频材
料听出和选出 Leo 有哪些健康问题以及陈医生给他什么建议和这
些建议的作用。并且学生学到听力相关技巧；2.第二部分是一篇阅
读文本，Leo 给朋友写邮件介绍自己的健康状况以及希望朋友能给
他回信提供些建议。学生阅读文章找出 Leo 没有规律运动的原因，
并且以朋友的身份给他回信提供有针对性的建议。
Why: 创设 Leo 看医生这样贴近学生生活实际的情境，对话中提
到的问题可能也是学生们在实际生活中的困扰，学生同样期望着
寻得解决途径，因此会对视频内容保持注意力和兴趣。此外，从
已存在的健康问题着手探讨如何养成健康的生活方式，能够激发
学生学习目标意识，培养学生解决问题的能力。而后的读邮件和
写邮件能让学生将相关表达用于实际中，提高英语阅读和写作能
力。
教材分析
How: 情境带入，听力技巧培养，阅读策略运用，以读促写。层层
推进，听说读写兼顾，提高学生综合能力。
已知：此次授课对象是高一年级学生，大多数学生能在教师的指
导下提取听力和阅读文本信息并进行相关话题的表达，比如听力
关键词、关键句的把握，阅读略读、查读等阅读策略的使用。
未知：如何分析问题从而提供有针对性的有效的建议，如何写邮
件，如何写给健康问题提供建议的邮件，邮件的结构和内容如何
安排，这些都是学生不熟悉或者不清楚的、需要在本节课学习和
掌握的。
学生分析
语言能力目标：
学生能够掌握关于健康问题和相对应建议的相关表达，尤其是对应
的针对性的建议，学生需要学习和掌握，以形成自己的输入，为写
作等的输出积累素材；
文化意识目标：
通过情境设置，学生能够侦测自己存在的健康问题，并知道如何去
寻求帮助，尽快解决问题，保护自己的身心健康；
思维品质目标：
教学目标
通过观察分析，学生们能够总结发现如何提出建议，以及如何让自
己的建议更加具有说服力、有针对性和具体；通过小组讨论等活动
将情境中某些信息与自身生活链接进行思考，培养他们的发散性思
维和解决问题的能力；

通过教师提示和观察，学生能够学会自己从所给示例中总结提建议
的句型，发展其认知策略，提高表达能力；学生能够主动积极参加
课堂活动，能与他人交流合作，情感策略得到培养。最后的写作输
