转换规则: 将祈使句改为 if从句（or转换为否定形式，and转换为肯定形式）
You can’t drive the car with the door open.
= You can’t drive the car if the door is open.
Fish will die without water. = If there is no water, fish will die.
原句型: with/without + 名词
转换规则: with改为 if + 主语 + be动词, without 改为 if there is no...

其形容词形式serious意为“严肃的;认真的”。take...seriously 认真对待…;把……当真

e.g. Was she seriously hurt 她伤得严重吗
4.The new season is coming, so it's time to make a plan for our training.新赛季就要来了,所以是时候制订我们的训练计划了。
It’s time to do sth. 到做某事的时间了。
可以与 It's time for sth.进行同义句转换。
e.g. It's time to have lunch.
= It's time for lunch.到吃午饭的时间了。
注意 It's time for sth.句式中for 是介词,其后可跟名词、代词或动词 -ing 形式。
1. 如果明天有会议，我会马上通知你。

2. 如果你需要帮助，就给我写封信。

3. 如果他认真对待训练，他会进步很快。
