(1)表示事物的顺序，其前一般加定冠词the，但当序数词前面有物主代词等修饰时，不再加定冠词。e.g.: 今天是她的九岁生日。

(2)表示编号，序数词在前，名词在后，序数词前要加the。 e.g.: 第1课 the first lesson
(3)序数词前可以加上不定冠词a/an，用来表示“又一；再一”。
e.g.: 我可以再试一次。I can have a third try. (4)表示分数时，分子用基数词，分母用序数词。当分子大于一时，表示分母的序数词要变为复数。

They’re wh-questions(特殊疑问句).
特殊疑问词(组)+be动词+主语(+ 其他)？
特殊疑问词(组)+助动词+主语+实义动词(+其他)？
特殊疑问句不能用Yes或No回答，要根据疑问词所询问的信息作答，“问什么答什么”。
特殊疑问句是指用特殊疑问词提问的问句，因多数特殊疑问词以wh-开头，所以也把特殊疑问句称为wh-问句。
一般疑问句是指用Yes或者No回答的问句，也被称作Yes/No问句。
