动词不定式作目的状语

以上例句中,动词不定式都作目的状语,表示“做某事是为了什么”。
例如句子(a)中,to go home就是目的状语,表示got on the train的目的。在作目的状语时,不定式既可以放在句首,也可以放在句尾。例如:Dylan trained hard to improve his basketball skills.Dylan刻苦训练以提高自己的篮球技术。
动词不定式作目的状语
除了直接使用to do sth之外,我们还可以使用in order to do sth和so as to do sth来表示行为动作的目的。如句子(b)(c)
例如: In order to buy a new computer, he's saving money.为了买一台新电脑,他正在攒钱。
