尽管本节课取得了显著成效,仍发现存在学生参与度不均衡、任务完成度分层及分组效率有待提升等问题。我将从以下几个方面加以改进:
1.实施动态分组。依据学生能力水平与课堂行为表现,实现科学高效的异质分组,最大化生生互助效能。
2.构建智能支架。运用大模型技术,为写作与口语输出任务生成可分层、可选择的“脚手架资源包”,实现从“齐步走”到“个性化跑道”的转变。
3.深化过程追踪。持续追踪学生成长轨迹,使教学干预更具前瞻性与针对性,形成“评估-反思-干预-再评估”的螺旋式上升循环。
