否定转移：
定义：在英语中，当主句的谓语动词是 think 等表示 “认为、相信” 等意思的动词时，其宾语从句的否定词通常要转移到主句中，即否定主句的谓语动词，而在意义上仍然是否定宾语从句的内容，这种语法现象就叫做否定转移。
结构
主句：I/We + think/believe/suppose/expect 等 + that 从句
否定转移后的结构：I/We + don’t + think/believe/suppose/expect 等 + that 从句
例句
原句：I think that he is right.（我认为他是对的。）
否定转移后：I don’t think that he is right.（我认为他不对。）
