Here's how John spends his school day.
John wakes up at 6:30 am. He brushes his teeth and eats breakfast at 7:00 am. He goes to school from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. He learns and talks with friends. At 12:30 pm, he eats lunch and chats with friends. Around 4:30 pm, John plays sports. It's fun and keeps him fit.
When he gets home, he showers and starts homework at 5:30 pm. At 7:00 pm, he eats dinner with his family. It's a special time for them. John goes to bed at 10:00 pm. Sleep helps him be ready for the next day.
