1、一般情况加词尾 -s，如：

@thechinesechefblog Long ago, there was a couple living in Yunnan Province, China. The husband studied on an island far from his home.
When his wife went a long way to send meals, the food always got cold. One day, the wife boiled some chicken soup and used a large pot to keep it warm. And she kept the ingredients separate. She put the ingredients into the soup when she reached the island, and she found everything still hot. The Guoqiao Rice Noodles was born!

丈夫在一个离家很远的岛上读书。
妻子每次都要走很长的路去送饭，饭菜总是变凉。

Make Dumplings
Hi! My favourite dish is dumplings, In my hometown，We usually make and eat dumplings on the New Year’s Eve.
To make the special food, we need relish , a bowl of water, delicious stuffing, and round dumpling skin.
Here’s how to make it, first, put a piece of stuffing into the middle of the dumpling skin. Second, pinch the two sides together . After that, put the dumplings on the plate. Next, pour the dumplings into the boiling water(开水) .Then ,cook them for 8 minutes. Finally, put the dumplings on the plate.
Now, it’s time to taste the dumplings!
Hi! My favourite dish is spicy parsnip soup(辣味防风草汤).
Here's how to make it. You will need half a kilo of parsnips, one large onion, cumin
and coriander, garlic, one litre of vegetable stock, and olive oil.
First, wash and peel the parsnips. Cut them into small pieces. Next, chop the onion
and garlic finely. Heat the oil in a large pot. Add the onion and garlic and cook for
three to four minutes. Add the spices and cook for one more minute. Put in the parsnips and mix with the onion, then add the hot vegetable stock. Let it boil. Then
cook on low heat for 20 minutes until the parsnips are soft. Turn off the heat and let it cool a little. Blend the soup and serve with fresh bread.
