什么是清辅音浊化?
上面这几组音标中,/s/后面的辅音是不是看起来和读起来不一样呢?为什么呢?

清辅音浊化是英语发音中的常见现象:当/s/后接清辅音(/p//t//k/)时,清辅音会被浊化成对应的浊辅音(/b//d//g/)
即是说,上面的音标其实应该读成这样:

/sg/
/st/
/sd/
/sp/
/sb/
/str/
/sdr/
清辅音后无元音(即组合在词尾):如 “ask”(/ɑ sk/)中 /sk/ 在词尾,不浊化;
非 /s/ + 清辅音组合:如 “plane”(/ple n/)中 /pl/ 不涉及 /s/,不浊化。
注意:这些情况不浊化!
