The erhu is a kind of traditional Chinese musical instrument invented in the Tang Dynasty. Hua Yanjun and Liu Tianhua were two well-known erhu artists and composers. The most famous piece of music created by Hua Yanjun is Moonlight on the Second Spring. Liu Tianhua was famous for Moon Night and Birdsong over Empty Mountain.
