I am an author, magazine writer, film-maker and public speaker. I’m self-employed, which means I work for myself and I do what I love. We have a popular saying in America which goes, “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.” But I’m here to tell you that instead of focusing on doing what we love, I think we should focus on loving what we do.

I’ve Changed My Habits
I used to be overweight, and it really brought lots of bad effect on my life and my health. So I made up my mind to lose weight. I turned to a friend of my mother’s, a doctor, for help. She suggested that I should get rid of some of my unhealthy habits, like staying indoors all the time, eating too much sweet food, going to bed very late, skipping breakfast, etc. I carefully followed her advice, making a list of foods that I should stay away from and beginning to take part in various outdoor activities.
