We all dream of an ideal job, but what’s an ideal job Each of us has our own idea of what this job should be. In my opinion, it depends on the types of work, the flexible (灵活的) hours and the income (收入).
To begin with, different people choose different types of work. Everyone should choose a type of work he likes. For example, some people choose a more challenging job, because they like to solve lots of difficulties.
Secondly, the more flexible hours the job has, the more ideal it is. Flexible hours let workers have time for their own life. It gives them time to solve their own problems, such as family and children’s problems. It also lets them relax and enjoy life.
