Task 2 文化万花筒
20世纪80年代初，伴随着改革开放，中国社会人才缺乏问题突出,高等教育培养出的大学生数量过少，中专政策正是在这种背景下出行的。学制源自苏联，目标是培养专业技能人才，学制三年、四年等。为了更快更好地吸纳人才，中专政策制定了转户口，包分配等优厚待遇。
20世纪80年代到90年代初，这批天资聪颖的十五六岁少年，初中华业后以优异成绩被选拔进入师范、卫生、农林、财税等中等专业学校，包学费、包分配，上学时还有粮油供应和货币补助，他们中不少人出身贫寒，在中专录取率低至不足10%的背景下，早早转成城镇户口，等待他们的是毕业后的“铁饭碗”和干部身份。
20世纪90年代后期，中专毕业生分配制度改革、大学扩招，中专开始受到巨大影响。毕业生不再享有“包分配”“铁饭碗”的待遇，使其地位从原来的重点高中之上沦落于普通高中之下。

I have been in my new school for one year. Now, I gradually adapt to my new life in senior school. In senior school. I am busy, because I have many classes. In the morning,I have one class for morning reading. Chinese or English, beginning from 7:30. After that, I have four periods in the morning and four others in the afternoon. There are many more subjects than in middle school, Chinese, Math,English,History,Cookery,Nursing, Computer and so on. Sometimes, I am afraid of seeing so many textbooks in my desk. In addition, the contents are much more difficult than before. Math and English are the most difficult ones for me. No matter how hard I work, I still can't do well in them. All in all, my new life new school is good and rich. I feel very happy.

Task 2 知识内化
1.How's it going 最近怎么样？
此句还可翻译为“事情进展得顺利吗？”“事情进行得怎么样？”，属非正式用语。例如：
－Hey! Jane,how is it going 你好，简，最近怎么样？
－Not bad.还不错。
2. Our teachers always give us lots of practical tips.
我们的老师总是给我们很多实用的建议。
lots of ll a lot of 意思一样，意为“许多”，后而跟可数名词和不可数名词，谓语的单复数形式根据后面的名词来变化。例如：
Lots of computers are needed at school.学校需要很多电脑。
Lots of water is wasted.很多水被浪费了。
3. Some are workers in factories or chefs in restaurants, others are tour guides from travel agencies or secretaries working for companies...
有些是工厂工人或餐馆主厨，有些是旅行社导游或公司秘书......
英语中通常用some...others...来表示“有些......另一些......”的意思。例如：
Some people learn by experiment and others learn by experience.
一些人通过实验学习，另一些人则从经验中学习。
4. All of our teachers are not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also very kind and friendly.我们所有的老师不仅知识渊博、经验丰富，而且非常善良、友好。
Not only ...but also 是英语中比较常见的一个关联词组，用于连接两个表示并列关系的成分，着重强调后者。它的意思是“不仅......而且......”；其中的also有时可以省略。Not only...but also 连接两个并列主语时，谓语动词的单复数形式要和与其接近的主语保持一致。例如：
Not only I but (also) Tom is fond of watching television.
不但我而且汤姆也喜欢看电视。
5.Look forward to hearing from you.期待收到你的回信。
look forward to意为“盼望：期待”，短语中的to是介词，所以后面跟名词、代词宾格或动词ing形式。例如：
All the students are looking forward to visiting their new teacher.
所有的学生都盼望着看望他们的新老师。

Task 2 知识内化
1.海报的格式和内容
（1)标题：通常居于海报正上方，用简洁、引人注目的语言概括要宣传的主题。
（2)正文：海报正文的格式没有硬性规定，可以根据所宣传的内容灵活安排。
①时态：一般用一般现在时。
②海报的开头通常采用一些感染力较强的语句来吸引读者的注意。
③海报的具体内容：
写活动宣传时，可先介绍要宣传的活动及其目的，再写活动的时间、地点、活动安排以及主办单位等。
写关于招聘的海报时，通常先介绍要招聘的职位，然后写对求职者的具体要求等。
（3)结尾：通常采用一两个总结句，对前文的内容进行总结（也可省去）。右下角写明发布单位名称和发布日期（也可省去）。
2.海报的语言特点
海报属于广告，要求用最短的文字包含最多的信息，多用省略句、缩略语及类似的简洁生动的语言。
3.海报的版面特点
海报常配有图画来增加吸引力、冲击力和感染力，有利于实现其宣传效果。
4.海报的常用句式
