Simple present tense:
The simple present tense is used to describe actions that are happening right now, or actions that happen regularly or repeatedly.
用一般现在时, 表示经常发生的动作或现在存在的状态
Simple present tense:
I eat breakfast every morning.
She walks to school every day.
We drink coffee every day.
She drinks coffee every day.

Grammar rules
一般现在时由动词原形构成, 但当主语是第三人称单数时, 动词原形通常要加-s 或-es。
常与一般现在时连用的典型词语有 often , always , usually , sometimes , every day/week , on Sunday(s) , in the morning(s)/evening(s) 等。
一般现在时的否定形式是由do not（don’t）或does not（doesn’t）加动词原形构成;
一般疑问句是将do或does放在句首, 动词用原形。
