uckily adv.幸运地，
lucky adj. 幸运的，
Luck n. 幸运，运气。
unlucky adj.不幸的
unluckily adv.不幸地
We’re fine too， and luckily our house wasn＇t damaged．
我们也很好，幸运的是我们的房子没有损坏。
2. Learn the sentence patterns.
Not everyone was so lucky，though．
但不是每个人都这么幸运。
though可做副词，可是;不过。一般放在句末。
I like him. He sometimes makes me angry, though.
喜欢他，不过他有时惹我生气。
though也可做连词 尽管；虽然，一般放在句首。
Though he often annoyed me, I was fond of him.
虽然他经常使我心烦,但我喜欢他。
2. Learn the sentence patterns.
I’ve just seen a poster looking for volunteers.
我刚看到一张招聘志愿者的海报。
seen 为谓语，采用现在完成时。
looking 为现在分词，作宾语补足语(即构成复合宾语)。
look for 意为寻找，寻求或盼望，期待
2. Learn the sentence patterns.
I＇m sure we can do something to help out．
我敢肯定我们能帮上些忙。
I am sure 后面是that引导的宾语从句，引导词that被省略。
Be sure/certain that/whether引导的从句，表示“认为……肯定、确定等”
主语必须是人，that有时可以省略。
I am not sure whether I have turned off the light。我不能肯定我是否关灯了。
be sure＋of／about＋动名词或名词，意为“确信··
She is sure of success.她自信会成功的。
be sure＋to do意思是必定/必然会....。
It is sure to be sunny。天一定会晴的。
Be sure＋不定式用于祈使句，作“务必、一定”讲。
Be sure to get up early.一定要早起。
Help out指的是帮助，尤指5帮助拜托困境或危难等。

Count me in.
算我一个。
祈使句，口语化的表达，表示说话者希望参与其中。
count 为谓语，指的是计算，in 为副词作宾语补足语(即构成复合宾语)。
count...in 把...算在内, 把...计入, 包括。
其他的类似说法还有Deal me in、 I’m in

We can also help distribute supplies to people in need.
我们还可以帮助把物资发给有需要的人。
distribute 为不带 to 的不定式，作宾语。
in need 在困境中, 在危难中, 需要帮助
