My lifestyle
I think my lifestyle is quite healthy.
I always eat a good breakfast. I usually have an egg and some toast with a glass of milk. For lunch, I often have rice or noodles with some vegetables and meat. I also try to have more vegetables for dinner. I seldom eat sweets or crisps. I like to have fruit between meals.
Exercise is also important for a healthy lifestyle. I take a short walk with my family every day after dinner.
Sometimes I don’t get enough sleep and I feel tired in the daytime. I want to change this. I plan to put my screens away before bed. I think it would make a big difference.
I hope I can stay fit with a healthy lifestyle.
