Learning objectives
In this lesson, we will be able to:
Master the usage of verbs followed by to-infinitives, such as want, hope, plan, need and like as shown in the text, and correctly use them to complete sentences and express intentions.
Develop students’ reading comprehension ability by enabling them to understand the conversation about volunteer work in the text, including the main ideas, details, and the information about volunteer activities at Greenwood Park.
Improve students’ oral-communication ability. Through pair-work, students can share their own volunteer experiences, express themselves fluently and communicate with their partners effectively.
