dress up “打扮”,指在特殊场合穿与平时不同的衣服,如参加婚礼、面试等。

1. 作为连词:用来引导时间状语从句,表示“在……时”。

2. 作为疑问副词:用来提问,询问时间。

3. 表示“当……时候,突然”,"when" 用来引入一个突发事件或意外情况。
I was walking down the street when I saw the accident.
我正在街上走,突然看到了那场事故.

1.when和what time都可以用来询问表示时刻的时间。
2.what time只能用来询问表示时刻的时间,即“几点几分”;
而when的范围比较大,只要是时间点都可以使用。
