1. The unless-clause can come first or after the main clause.
2. We use the simple present tense in the unless-clause.
Summary
Rule:
The if-clause talks about a possible action.
The main-clause talks about the result that will certainly happen.
When we use a conditional sentence to talk about something that will certainly happen, both verbs should be in the simple present.
