(Grammar)
understand and categorize [cn] and [un] on their own, recognize singular and plural forms of nouns, use 'a' or 'an' correctly, and know how to use nouns before uncountable nouns to show their amounts;
improve our observation and summarization skills through the activities of preparing food for a class party;
enjoy learning grammar in a teamwork setting practically and enjoyably, and use what we've learned in real-life situations.
We are planning a class party next week!
Today, we'll be the party planners and make a shopping list
for food and drinks!
Brainstorm: What kind of food and drinks should we think of to make every classmate eat and drink happily
Let’s have a look at what we have!
And think:What do we need to buy
Tip: To be good party planners, we should be considerate(考虑周全的).
We have two boxes of food and drinks. Let’s see what’s inside.
Box 1
Choose one kind different from the other three
and then tell the reasons
apple bread lemon pear
Reason 1: The apple, pear and lemon are fruits.
But bread is not fruit.
Reason 2: We can say there is one apple, one pear and one lemon.
But we can’t say there is one bread.
