“3W法”写日常作息习惯
Who——即活动人物
介绍自己日常活动时用I,介绍他人活动时用第三人称 he/she。
When——即活动时间
What——即活动内容
写作时,When和What分层描述,按时间顺序将活动一一列出。某些活动中应适当加入一些对活动的评价。
三、素材积累
1.描写日常作息习惯的常用词汇:

2. 描写日常作息习惯的常用句型:

My name is Alan, and I'm twelve years old. I live with my family in Stockholm, Sweden. It's November, and the days are short. On Mondays, I wake up at 7:00. I like to listen to podcasts or music in the morning. After eating breakfast, I ride my bike to school, which takes about 15 minutes. School starts at 8:30, and there are 20 kids in my class. We have classes for 40 minutes each, with little breaks in between. In the morning, we study Swedish books and do art for two periods. Lunch is at 12:15. In the afternoon, we have classes from 12:45 until 2:30. Then, I go to ballet practice. I get home around 4:30 when it's already getting dark. We have dinner at 6:30, and then my family reads together for an hour. I pack my school bag for the next day and go to bed at 9:00 to be ready for the next busy day.
