就近原则(there be是个近视眼)
肯定句：There is a dog.
否定句：There isn’t a dog.
一般疑问句：Is there a dog
肯定回答：Yes, there is.
否定回答：No, there isn’t.

否定句：There aren’t two dogs.
一般疑问句：Are there two dogs
肯定回答：Yes, there are.
