How I Learned to Learn English
Last year, I did not like my English class. Every class was like a bad dream. The teacher spoke so quickly that I did not understand her most of the time. I was afraid to ask questions because of my poor pronunciation, I just hid behind my textbook and never said anything.
Then one day l watched an English movie called Toy Story, I fell in love with this exciting and funny movie! So I began to watch other English movies, too. Although l could not understand everything the characters said, their body language and the expressions on their faces helped me to get the meaning . I also realized I could get the meaning by listening for just the key words. My pronunciation improved as well by listening to the conversations in English movies. I discovered that listening to something interesting is the secret to language learning. I also learned useful sentences like “It's a piece of cake’’ or “It serves you right” I did not understand these sentences at first. But because wanted to understand the story, I looked them up in a dictionary. Now I really enjoy my English class. I want to learn new words and more grammar so that I can have a better understanding of English movies.

How I Learned to Learn English
Last year, I did not like my English class. Every class was like a bad dream. The teacher spoke so quickly that I could not understand her most of the time. I was afraid to ask questions because of my poor pronunciation. So I just hid behind my textbook and never said anything.
Then one day I watched an English movie called Toy Story. I fell in love with this exciting and funny movie! So I began to watch other English movies, too. Although I could not understand everything the characters said, their body language and the expressions on their faces helped me to get the meaning. I also realized I could get the meaning by listening for just the key words. My pronunciation improved as well by listening to the conversations in English movies. I discovered that listening to something interesting is the secret to language learning. I also learned useful sentences like “It’s a piece of cake” or “It serves you right.” I did not understand these sentences at first. But because I wanted to understand the story, I looked them up in a dictionary.
Now I really enjoy my English class. I want to learn new words and more grammar so that I can have a better understanding of English movies.

so that;so...that;such that易混淆知识点总结:
①so that:意思是“为了,以便”,引导目的状语从句时,相当于in order to, 通常主句在前从句在后,主句和从句之间没有逗号隔开;在从句中往往有can, could, may, might等情态动词。

e.g:我爸爸给我买了一辆自行车以便我能够快一点到学校。(目的状语从句)
②so...that...引导结果状语从句,翻译成“如此...以至于”,so是副词,用来修饰形容词或者副词,that后面是结果状语从句。
e.g:I feel so happy that I can't say a word.
我如此高兴以致于我不能说出一句话。
③such…that… “如此...以至于”。such后面接名词,名词前加a/an或者是形容词。
e.g: He is such a clever boy that everybody likes him.
他非常聪明,大家都非常喜欢他。

(2)be in love with表示“与......相爱”,强调状态,可与表示一段时
间的状语连用。
