◆can 和could可以用来谈论主语所具备的能力,意为“能,会”。
can表示主语现在所具备的能力;
could表示主语过去所具备的能力。
can/could表示请求允许
◆can, could都可表示“许可;允许”。其中,could语气更委婉,比can听起来更有礼貌。

常用句式结构:
Could/Can I/we... 表示礼貌地请求许可。
肯定回答:Yes, you can. / Certainly. / Yes, good idea! /...
否定回答:Sorry, you can't. /
I’m afraid you can’t. /...
can/could表示提出请求
◆can, could可以用于提出自己的请求。其中,could语气更委婉,适用于正式场合、对长辈/陌生人,或需要更客气的情况。

can/could表示提出建议
◆can, could还可以用于提出建议。其中,could语气更柔和,适合正式场合、对长辈/不太熟悉的人。
(1) You can try this new restaurant—it’s great!
(2) We could meet at the café near the station.
(3) We can go to the park after school.
你可以试试这家新餐厅,超棒!
