一种墨西哥食品。taco这个词的起源有很多解释：它最早可以追溯到18世纪的墨西哥银矿，但是指挖矿的小炸药——矿工会把炸药用纸包上，塞入石头缝隙，用于挖掘矿石。矿工们经常用玉米饼包裹辣酱馅料，在工作中食用。形似小炸药，也被称为“矿工玉米饼miner’s tacos”。现在，taco指的是用铁板烤制的薄玉米饼，上面放很多馅料，折叠起来，不用任何餐具可以吃。taco上可以放任何东西，类似“大饼卷一切”。

What kinds of information do Jason give us
Welcome to Amazing Plants. This is Jason. I'm at the Sweet Corn Festival in Mexico. Look at this ear of corn! Can you believe the size of it ! But it's not the biggest. The biggest one is nearly 40 centimetres long! People started growing corn in Mexico about 9,000 years ago. Today, it's a big part of their cooking. There are over 600 corn dishes now!
Corn isn't just food. People even use it to make toys. It's also part of Mexican culture. Let's go and see!
