学生对单元主题"What a Delicious Meal”表现出浓厚的兴趣，尤其是主题图中亲子一起做饭的的场景，引发了他们对自己与家人闲暇时光亲子活动的讨论。八年级的学生有一定的语言基础和生活经历，已掌握基础食物词汇（如蔬菜、水果）和简单指令句型（如祈使句），能进行基本烹饪步骤描述。且课时的话题西红柿炒蛋贴合学生生活，能较好地迎合大多数学生的兴趣，学生有话可说，有感受可分享，这也提高了学生的参与度。 学生本课学习的困难 西红柿炒鸡蛋的制作过程进行描述并在表达中注意语气的升降调和停顿； 自己制作一份食谱，并就其制作过程进行讨论并创编对话；
教学目标 通过本课时的学习，学生能够： 1.能听懂并理解对话中关于西红柿炒鸡蛋的食材名称、数量要求及操作步骤，通过听力训练提升食材与步骤细节捕捉能力，理解核心词汇和步骤连接词；(学习理解) 2.能够运用对话中的词汇、句型和步骤逻辑，如 “cut into pieces”“stir-fry” 等短语描述烹饪步骤，运用句型 “How many/much...do we need We need...”“What do we do next First...Then...”等以角色扮演形式模拟“请教做菜”场景，流畅交流食材准备和烹饪过程；(应用实践) 3.以小组为单位，迁移所学词汇和步骤表达，介绍自己的菜谱，感受烹饪劳动的价值和食物传递的关爱之情。(迁移创新)

听力前的食材铺垫通过直观图片帮助学生激活词汇储备，明确听力任务（捕捉食材、数量、步骤）则能让学生带着目标听录音，提升信息获取的针对性与效率。

设计意图：
情境导入与框架搭建环节，通过学生熟悉的家常菜图片和结构化对话框架，降低创编难度，激活已有的烹饪经验和语言知识储备（如食材词汇、序列副词），帮助学生快速进入创作状态。关键词记录则培养学生的逻辑梳理能力，为完整对话创编奠定基础。分组创编环节为学生提供了自主运用语言的空间，让学生从 “模仿复现” 升级为 “创新运用”，将课堂所学转化为实际交际能力让学生在输出中检验学习效果，在互评中拓宽思路、发现不足。教师的总结性点评则能聚焦共性问题，强化核心语言知识的运用规范，最终达成 “提升用英语交流烹饪过程、描述制作步骤的意识和能力” 的目标，实现从 “学” 到 “用” 的有效迁移,同时引导学生体会食物背后传递的关爱，鼓励学生也为家人做一道菜以表达他们对家人关爱。

Next, mix the eggs in the bowl. Then, heat some oil in a pan and add some eggs to it. Stir-fry one minute and take out the eggs. Next, cook the tomatoes in the pan Then, add some salt and sugar. Finally, put the eggs back into the pan and mix them with the tomatoes.
