教学目标: 1.能识别并朗读与假期活动相关的词汇: visited ancient buildings, went to the mountains, took dancing lessons等。能理解询问假期信息的核心句型:How was your vacation What did you see there Did you do anything interesting 2.能在听力活动中准确捕捉关键信息(如人物、地点、活动),完成勾选、填空等任务;能模仿示例对话,运用目标句型与同伴进行假期经历的问答练习,正确使用不定代词和形容词。 3.能根据提示设计“微信朋友圈”分享自己的假期经历,包含至少4个要素( Where,Who,What, Feelings)。能通过采访家人或朋友,整理假期故事并进行班级汇报,体现语言综合运用能力。
教学重点难点: 重点:正确使用不定代词( anyone, anything)和描述性形容词(relaxing, exciting,unforgettable)。 难点:在语境中准确运用“不定代词+形容词”结构(如 something special, anything interesting)。
教 学 过 程 设 计 Lead-in Look and Share 1.Have students look at the theme picture on the opening page and talk about the questions on Page 1.Then invite some students to share their opinions. 2.Guide students to draw the conclusion:The family is on vacation/holiday together. Free Talk 1.Ask students what they did during their summer holidays.The teacher can use the following questions as prompts to start the discussion: ◆Did you travel to any places ◆Did you learn any new skills ◆Did you meet any interesting people or do any fun things ◆Did you read any good books or watch any great movies 2.The teacher can invite some students to share their experiences and write their activities on the blackboard. Teaching Tip:During the process, the teacher should pay attention to the tense they use and lead them to use the simple past tense by repeating the description with the correct tense if they are wrong. Pre-listening 1a Have students read the activities in 1a and check if they grasp the meanings.If possible, the teacher can provide some related pictures to elicit these activities from students so that they can have a better understanding of some activities like“went to a festival”. Cultural Tip:Besides traditional festivals, special events with specific themes are also celebrated as festivals in many cultures such as strawberry festivals, music festivals, kite festivals and so on.These events often highlight local traditions, seasonal produce, or artistic expressions. 2Ask students to tick the activities they did during the summer holidays and share their answers in pairs. 3.Encourage students to brainstorm more activities and share in class. Look and Predict 1.Show students the two photos in 1c.Ask them to describe what they see in the pictures. 2.Tell students these two photos show Yaming's and Emma's holidays respectively. Ask them to guess what Yaming and Emma did during their holidays. While-listening 1b Have students listen to the conversations and circle the holiday activities they hear in 1a. Check the answers in class. 1c 1.Have students skim the two summaries in 1c and try to fill in the blanks from memory. 2.Ask students to listen again and correct their answers. 3.Show some pictures or a video to introduce more about Mount Huangshan. Cultural Tip:Mount Huangshan, also known as Yellow Mountain, is a worldfamous mountain in China. It's located in Anhui Province.It is famous for its strange rocks, such as FlyOver Rock(飞来石) and the Stone Monkey Watching the Sea(猴子观海) and odd pine trees, such as the GuestGreeting Pine. Besides, the Sea of Clouds also makes Mount Huangshan seem like a fairyland. 4.Show the listening scripts and let students read. Highlight the two sentences: ◆How was your vacation ◆Where did you go on holiday Ask students if they know the differences between vacation and holiday. Language Tip:比较:vacation和holiday 相同点:二者都可以表示假期, 多数情况可以互换 不同点:1.vacation常用于美式英语,holiday常用于英式英语 holiday可表示法定节假日、公共假期, 如Christmas holiday, New Year's holiday, public holiday Post-listening 1d 1.Let students work in pairs to talk about Yaming's and Emma's holidays. 2.Students can exchange the roles to ask and answer. 3.Invite some pairs to share their conversations in class. Think and Share Have students share their own opinions about Yaming's and Emma's holiday experiences.Which one do they prefer and why Pronunciation Exercise 1 1.Have students read the words in each column and pay attention to the pronunciation of the letters or letter combinations in bold. 2.Ask students to listen and repeat after the recording.Then explain the key points of pronouncing these vowels. 3.Encourage some students to read these vowels and words so that the teacher can find some possible problems or mistakes.The teacher gives correct demonstrations and makes them practise the pronunciation more. 4.Brainstorm more words to add to each group. Exercise 2 Ask students to read the two conversations in pairs and talk about the rhythm. Have students listen to the recording and perceive the rhythm.Then the teacher helps them identify the correct rhythm. The landscape there was amazing.那里的风景令人惊叹。amaze是动词,意为“使惊奇;使惊愕”,常见用法如下: be amazed at/by sth.“对某事感到惊讶” be amazed to do sth.表示“做某事感到惊讶” 我对这美丽的景色感到惊讶。 I was amazed at the beautiful scenery. 她惊讶地发现了她丢失的狗。 She was amazed to find her lost dog. 辨析amazing 与 amazed amazing形容词( -ing 结尾) 表示“令人惊叹的;令人惊奇的”,描述事物/人本身具有的特征,强调“使人产生惊讶感”。 客观描述事物﹔人的属性。通常修饰事物,说明事物具有的性质、特征等The landscape of Mount Huangshan is amazing.黄山的景色令人惊叹。 amazed 形容词(-ed 结尾)表示“感到惊奇的;惊讶的”,描述人(或动物)的主观感受,强调“人自身的情绪反应”。主观表达人的心理状态。 Yaming was amazed by the Guest-Greeting Pine 亚明对迎客松感到惊叹。 Everyone was amazed when they heard the amazing news. Yaming saw the Guest-Greeting Pine, the Sea of Clouds, lots of strange rocks,and manyancient buildings. 亚明看到了迎客松、云海、许多奇特的石头和许多古老的建筑。 strange istrerndz/adj.奇怪的;陌生的 ①奇怪的;strange to say说来奇怪 ②陌生的; stranger陌生人be strange to sb.对某人来说是陌生的 说来奇怪,我不大喜欢看电视。 Strange to say, I don't really enjoy television. 起先我对这个地方不熟悉。 At first the place was strange to me. She stayed with her grandparents for 10 days. 她陪伴了爷爷奶奶十天。 stay with“和......待在一起;陪伴某人”,强调“与某人共同度过一段时间”,后接人(名词﹔代词)。 例:I usually stay with my friends during the weekend. 周末我常和朋友待在一起。 for是介词,后接时间段(如天数、周数、月数、年数等),用于说明动作或状态持续的时长 例:He has learned English for three years.他学英语三年了。 Did you do anything special 你做了什么特别的事情吗 anything”都是不定代词,它们的用法如下: ①用于肯定句something:表示“某事;某物”,一般用于肯定句。 ②用于否定句和疑问句 anything:通常用于否定句和疑问句,意为“任何事物;任何东西”。 ③特殊用法 在表示请求、建议或希望得到肯定回答的疑问句中,用“something”而不用“anything”。 ④不定代词与形容词的位置关系 不定代词与形容词连用时,形容词都要后置。 我有某事要告诉你。l have something to tell you. 你的自行车有什么毛病吗 Is there anything wrong with your bike 你想要喝点什么吗  Would you like something to drink anyone (anybody), someone (somebody), everyone (everydody) , no one (nobody)anything, something,everything, nothing 都是不定代词,做主语时谓语动词用单数,形容词修饰不定代词要后置。 你的电脑没什么问题,你现在可以使用它。 There's nothing wrong wrong with your computer.
