How to Use a Modern Public Library
Has it been a while since your last visit to a public library If so, you may be surprised to learn that libraries have changed for the better. It’s been years since they were dusty little rooms with books. They have changed themselves into places where you can develop your love of knowledge, meet interesting people, or find out how to start a business.
Check out a book. While libraries still loan out (出借) books, you’ll find it easier to get a copy of whatever you’re looking for with a cooperative network of area libraries. By such networks, libraries share their books with each other through the use of delivery vehicles. Once the book you’ve requested is delivered to the nearest branch (分店), they will inform you by e-mail, so you can pick it up.
Check out other things. The library is now a multimedia zone (多媒体区域), loaded with information in many formats (载体形式). You can borrow movies on DVDs, music on CDs and popular magazines. Some libraries even loan out toys and games. If a popular magazine you want isn’t offered and the library keeps a list of such requests, they may bring it in when enough interest is shown.
Join reading groups. Libraries will often hold reading-group meetings aimed to various age groups. Perhaps you’d like to learn a language or improve your English, the library may organize a language group you could join. If you have difficulties reading, ask about special reading opportunities. Your library might be able to help you. And you might find it relaxing to bring your small kid to a half-hour Story Time while you sit quietly in a corner with a good book.
Start a business using the help of your local library. If you want to have a business of your own, your local library can become a launch (发起) space for it. In library books and computers, you can find information on starting a business. Many libraries will help you with locally supplied information about business management shared through chambers of commerce (商会会议厅) and government agencies, and they will offer printing, faxing and database services you need.

Parents are important in shaping their children’s lives. They make decisions and plans for their children. However, in my opinion, teenagers over the age of 15 should be allowed to make their own decisions.

When teenagers are allowed to make decisions, they may ▲ . But it doesn’t matter. That’s because they can learn from their mistakes and will do better next time. During the process, teenagers can develop problem-solving abilities.
Allowing teenagers to make decisions can improve relationships between children and parents. By giving children respect (尊重), parents can show that they trust their children to make good choices. With trust and respect, children will have more communication with their parents.

Choosing a career (事业) is a big choice, but it doesn’t have to be scary. Some people already know what they want to do, while others need more time. The key is to find work that matches your interests and skills—you’ll be happier doing what you love.
Think about what excites you most. Do you like solving problems and working with numbers You might want to work in technology or engineering. If you are willing to help people, try fields like healthcare or teaching. However, it’s not only about what you like—your skills matter too. Are you great at talking to people and understanding their needs Or are you better at solving puzzles and using technology Some people are amazing at maths and science, while others are born with creativity and communication.
You don’t just want a job you’re good at. You also want one that you enjoy. When you join love and skills together, your work becomes less of a “job” and more of something you really enjoy. Moreover, when you love what you do, it’s easier to feel happier at the end of the day.
But it’s also important to think about the job market and chances. If you live in a place full of technology companies, jobs in programming or engineering may be more suitable. One more thing: your career path isn’t set in stone. People change careers all the time! It’s okay if you start one job and then decide you want to try something new. What’s important is to keep learning and growing along the way.
66.According to the passage, what is the key to finding a satisfying job

例文
Recently, playing cigarette cards has become popular among students.
Firstly, these cards are easy to get from empty cigarette boxes, and collecting them becomes a social activity during breaks. However, this game causes serious problems. It not only wastes students’ money but also affects their studies. Students spend too much time playing instead of focusing on lessons. Moreover, hitting the ground hard to flip the cards may hurt their hands and even spread germs. To solve this, schools should organize meaningful activities like sports or reading clubs to attract students’ interest. Students should also be encouraged to develop healthier hobbies, such as drawing or playing basketball.
Let’s work together to live a healthy and happy school life!
